having issues with family sharing. Apps and sto...

I have three members of my family sharing.

1. For two of the members, their iphones are not sharing the storage. I have 200GB plan but they both are showing 5 GB each.
2. One of my family sent a request to purchase an app. I approved but the app is not shared. If the other family members looks up the game in the app store, it is asking him to pay the $1.99 which I already paid.
