Why do I get emails that my iPhone was found an...

Apparently my phone is being activated in lost mode remotely. I don't get notifications on my phone and it hasn't been loss but somehow I get email saying that it was found and lost.

They may be phishing emails...

and forward the email to reportphishing@apple.com and delete it from your computer.

Did you try shutting off the find your phone to see if that works?
