Mid 2015 MacBook Pro Battery deteriorating fast

Yesterday, I noticed the "service battery" warning sign under the drop down tab at the top right.

After resetting the SMC twice, and then recalibrating the battery, which worked until it fell asleep and then the warning sign appeared again.

Just this morning I updated my operating system to 'Sierra', and now the system says that the battery is good.

However I'm still not convinced, its only just half way over its total cycles, and its down to about 70% of its total juice capacity. Not to mention that the figure from coconut battery seem to be fluctuating quite a lot which I don't seem to understand.

I am in a tight situation in which I am off to China (Beijing) tomorrow and cannot get it to an Apple store in the UK in time.

Is this normal? If not, how much life do you think it has left? I will replace the battery if need be, but only if its an absolute must.

Any further information and or advice would be much appreciated.
