Mail and pec

Hi, sorry for my terrible english, but the problem is easy to explain.

When I receive an email PEC, I can not open attachments. Most of the time, the attachments themselves are the content of the email.

The only thing I can do is drag the email on my desktop and open it from there.

Mail version 10.3 (3273), Os 10.12.4.

no way :-( doing right-click, it will show the drop-down menu, but all the items doesn't work.

the preview have the "magic circle" for a long long time....

I don't see why mark this question as "solved"... This is a big big problem in Italy. We, as professionals, must use this "certified email address" called PEC, in Italian (Posta Elettronica Certificate); every official communication from the government to us, taxes, official courses, etc..., is sent by the Government through these emails.

Everything was working perfectly before Sierra and before iOS 10 (yes, even on iOS there's the same problem...), using Mail. Now this thing is broken...

I simply cannot accept to move every single message on the desktop as a workaround and simply cannot do this thing on my iPhone while I'm away from my Mac!

You must know that here in Italy we pay the most expensive prices in the world for buying Apple products, so we pretend to be acknowledged and took seriously when we ask for a fix.

I want to underline that this is not a complain in your regards, but seeing "solved" on this question, simply made me very very annoyed.

Ciao Wemma, il problema esiste e, purtroppo, persiste! Avevano segnato la tua domanda come "Risolta", ho commentato e sottolineato anch'io il punto. Scandaloso non abbiano ancora risolto.

Only the OP can mark the issue solved. That was not done by anyone else.

Given that no one else has offered a solution, and this is a user to user support forum, I suggest that someone contact Apple Support for help, or at least report the issue to Apple using their feedback link. That would be the only way for Apple to see anything about the problem, since they do not participate here on the forum. https://www.apple.com/feedback and click on the appropriate subject area.

Sono tra gli utenti che ha il problema, come tanti ormai. Sono andato sulla pagina suggerita in basso da  ChrisJ4203

   ovvero Product Feedback - Apple ed ho selezionato MAIL in basso, nelle macOS Apps applicazioni. Ho scritto in inglese sul problema, ricalcando quello che dicevi tu, Fedux.

Fatto sta che è una vergogna questa faccenda.
