Shift Fwd slash not bringing up HELP!

The Logic tutorials state that if I press SHIFT /       this will turn on the help guide, but its not working here, the screen just flashes once!  any pointers?

I really don't want to start altering/editing key commands and messing with settings.

I is set by default to be shift command /

anyways you can always change this in system preferences > keyboard under shortcuts

Though this is not exactly what I am after, I need the LOGIC QUICK HELP button to be activated by Shift /
