Keyboard text replace/with not syncing deletion...

In System Preferences > Keyboard > Text lives a TextExpander-like tool that replaces one sort of text with another. This can be customised to include things that are annoying, or hard to remember, to type.

The settings are designed to sync via iCloud so that they're up-to-date across devices but I've found that something goes wrong so that deletions come back from the dead.

In the screenshot below you can see some examples. The 'rwmx' ones have been deleted dozens of times over the course of a couple of years!

I get the same problem with iMessages so I think it's something funny about iCloud.
