Itunes library data ruined by Apple Music

Env: Using Win10, Apple Music subscription, iTunes 12.6.0, media folder is not in iTunes Media folder

I've been using Apple Music with little of problem. but today the thing happened.

Most of my libray's songs are marked with "Cloud with arrows" so that I couldn't access to my own songs offline. If I click the button, the song is downloaded on iTunes Media folder, which is with DRM and unnecessary.

I tried to restore my library with previous backup but nothing worked.

In the xml file, it seems that the file lost the location data of songs.

Dose anyone have this kind of problem before?
