My Expensive Apple Watch Is Falling Apart

My Apple watch screen suddenly start to pull apart from the holder. I could see inside of the watch by tilting my hand in an angle of about 45 degrees. It is really embarrassing when a fellow passenger told you that your expensive watch is falling a apart on an early morning rush to work.

Do anyone know what could cause the screen to come off it original place?

same thing happened to me this morning, only that my warranty and apple care coverage expired 4 months ago.. sounds like a defect in the manufacturing of the product
