Battery problems with iOS HiSierra

Hi, I have a problem with my battery. The screen indicator shows a count of 0% and if I disconnect the power turns off immediately   but the light indicator on the side of my MacBook Pro shows that is fully charged. I ran the Apple Hardware test and showed everything was ok. I think is the latest iOS high sierra i just downloaded, after 2 days of using it. Can somebody help?
