What aspects of my experience with the supplier can I rate?
You can rate the supplier in terms of three areas: Product as Agreed, Communication and Shipping Time. You can also leave any comments you have about the order.
Please share your actual experience about each transaction. If you are very satisfied, simply rate 5 stars; if not, please specify the reasons and provide suggestions for improvement.
Detailed ratings:
Product as agreed
Very Dissatisfied: Very poor quality. Significantly inconsistent with the agreed product-related terms.
Dissatisfied: Does not match the agreed product-related terms.
Neutral: Products received and are acceptable.
Satisfied: Products as agreed. Expectations are fully met.
Very Satisfied: Great products. Completely match the agreed product-related terms, or even better than expected.
Communication
1. Very Dissatisfied: Overall communication was very poor.
2. Dissatisfied: Communication and response time were sub-standard.
3. Neutral: Communication and response time were average.
4. Satisfied: Communication and response time were good.
5. Very Satisfied: Exceptional level of communication.
Shipping time
1. Very Dissatisfied: The shipping date was far behind the agreed schedule.
2. Dissatisfied: The supplier shipped out products a few days later than the agreed schedule.
3. Neutral: The supplier contacted me to change the shipping schedule, and shipped out products based on the new schedule.
4. Satisfied: The supplier shipped out products on time.
5. Very Satisfied: The supplier shipped out products on time, and informed me of shipment details in a timely manner.
