How do I use the block list in Messages & Contacts?

To use and update your block list in Messages Contacts, do the following steps:

1. Sign in to My Alibaba--Contacts and click Block List

2. You can have 2 ways to block sellers from receiving emails from them. A: Block by Email B: Block by country/region.

3. Click the button “Add” to confirm the email or domain that you would like to block.
