Yes. You can contact the supplier to negotiate the product details and then ask your supplier to draft the Trade Assurance order contract for your customized products. After they have drafted the contract, you can check the order in your order list page. If you agree to the contract, you can then confirm the order and make payment.
Please note: not all products are supported by the Trade Assurance service, please contact your supplier to check and confirm the details. For a full list of exclusions, please check the Terms Conditions.
