call fail notification mutes watch

Hi,

If I decline a call on  my iPhone then my watch shows a screen with the contact or telephone number and says "Call Failed".

However, this mutes the watch and I don't receive any haptic alerts when my phone next rings or receives a message. This means that I often do not notice that I have text messages or missed calls until I next check my phone.

I have to press the clear "X" button on the watch to clear the call failed notification before my watch will again give me alerts.

Is this a fault? It seems quite strange that I have to manually clear this screen before my watch will start working again and I've missed numerous calls and messages because I've failed to do this.
