Internet explore

How can I run internet explorer with Mac OS X Yosemite? I need to access websites under the U.S Army and other government sites that just don't work with safari and certifications. I went under User Agent but all of the Internet Explorer tabs are not available, even I.E. 10. Any help would be much appreciated. 

Either install Windows with Boot Camp or run it with visualization software such as Parallel. After installing Windows then you can run Internet Explorer.
