Need to log off email on school owned laptop

I recently got a MacBook Air from my school and I decided it was a good idea to log in to my Apple account (clearly it wasn't). I really want to log off my private email and change it to my school one but the thing is, my school blocked most of the system preferences options. The only ones they didn't block is desktop and screensaver, dock, mouse, trackpad, printers & scanners, sound, network, date and time, and accessibility. If there is an option to log off my Apple account that's great but if there's not then at least be able to log off my email would be great.
