Disable Apple ID

Hello! 

I have been trying to download apps into my phone and it says it is disabled. I have been able to get access to the actual appleid.com but when want to download something it doesn't let me . There was a fraud on my card link to my id and purchases made with it but I was able to gain access to it but it is not asking me to verify myself or change my password...it  is annoying because everything on my phone is linked to my Apple ID. Is there a way I can re-gain access to it ?

Have you done what I posted above ?

If your Apple ID is disabled it's because you have used too many payment methods a.k.a. credit cards on your account or you have switched/signed in and out of your Appe ID Account on multiple devices many times within the past 90 days.  Another reason your Apple ID could be disabled would be because you have an unpaid iTunes payment pending.

My recommendation would be to call iTunes Tech-Support.  they are usually open 24 hours a day seven days a week and you can find their phone number on the iTunes website… You can also schedule a call, which is what I would do if I were in your shoes (which I have been in many times myself! LOL).
