Two Folder Problem

Hi!

I'm having a big problem with the app on windows 7 that may cause me delete the app.

the app was installed on my c drive automatically and I don't have much space on it. after few weeks when I realized it's getting bigger I changed the itunes media folder location on the app to the d drive which is much bigger.

now the app works fine but I have to big folder in both c and d drive with two library files (which the most updated from today is the one in c while on d is from the beginning of the month) and two album artwork folder and cache which is the biggest folder and i can't just cut it because it contains the same sub folders names and might cause problem.

i want all to be on the d drive with nothing on c drive and clear space without causing problem or lose media and also i want to make sure i know what files i need to backup if i'll have a new pc some day and now i have no idea.

what can i do? is there a way to backup all and start over with clear installation on d drive? or any other suggestion?

I don't have any other apple  product so maybe because of that I don't understand how is it works.

sadly both universal support and local stores couldn't help...
