Backup problem in iOS 10.3.3/iTunes

Since I upgraded my iPad 2 and my iPhone 6s to iOS 10.3.3 I can't no longer create a local backup for both of them in my computer (Windows 10) via iTunes.

I get a message saying that the backup could not be performed because the iPad/iPhone is disconnected.

I've tried to backup to three different computers with the same result.

The only way is to backup the content to iCloud.

How to fix it?
