Mac Mail Constantly Asks for Password & Won...

     I go through Mac Mail to retrieve my email from my Time Warner/Spectrum email account.  I frequently receive the request from Mac Mail to enter the password to the account, which hasn't changed, and then it says it cannot verify the account or password.  Nothing has changed to cause this and I can access my mail through the website with the same information provided to Mac Mail. I have verified the IMAP settings and followed the instructions from the host.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you.
