I cant download free apps because i need to can...

Its irritating as im trying to download seek but my phone says i need to cancel apple music membership (which i have done) and it was a trial but then it says i need to change apple stores before i can change any details. Help.

You are currently physically in the country that you want to change to ? If not you cannot use that country's store. If you are in that country you may have to wait until the trial has completed, or you could try contacting iTunes Support : Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region - Apple Support

 

If you can't complete any of these steps or change your country or region, contact Apple Support.
