How do I fix this?

It still shows as being stopped/cancelled on the account (View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support), and the subscription purchases are showing on that account's purchase history (See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support) i.e. you haven't got multiple accounts, and/or aren't a Family Share organiser and it's also on a member's account ?
