Face Time Multiple calling?

Hi,

I have an iPod touch 6th generation, running iOS 10.3.3 and recently when I have been trying to FaceTime my sister or myself or my Mum, it will instead of calling one person, it will say 'Mum or 2 others' which is really annoying. 

I also have a MacBook Air running macOS 10.12.6 and when I FaceTime myself, my Mum, or my sister, it happens  again, except it ends immediately after I press the call button. 

But the funny thing is, when I FaceTime my Dad, it works just fine. What?!

Is it something to do with recent calls?

Help please!
