iTunes and iPhone cut off songs

Hi,

I have been having a problem with songs cutting off the last few seconds to a minutes.  It occurs during playback of itunes (latest version) on my windows 10 PC AND when playing from my iPhone 7 plus in my car.  It happens with purchased and ripped files.  It can't recall a playback recently when the song was not cut off.

I've searched the forums and have not found a solution.  I've checked crossfade and soundenhancer settings.  I've selected to share the library.  It is not isolated to certain file types.  I can playback complete songs using other programs.  I can stream full HD movies without buffering or stalls to these PCs.

Any other suggestions?
