how does a family member access apple music?

I am trying to add family members to my Apple Music account.  I have added one name to family sharing.  How can that family member access Apple Music on her iPhone?

Assuming the family member has accepted the invitation to family sharing, and the family organizer has initiated an Apple Music Family Membership, have the family member open the Music App on their iPhone, and go to the "Browse" or "For You" tabs.

There should be a popup stating the family group has joined Apple Music, and a button that reads "Start Using Apple Music"

Tapping on it should let the family member access Apple Music on their device.

You need to join the Family Sharing plan with Apple Music Family Plan already purchased by the Organizer. Then you need to join Apple Music as if you were purchasing the subscription, but select Family Membership as the chosen plan.
