Restore from ICloud

Hello, my iPhone was stolen a week ago and now I'm with a new phone. When I tried to restore from the ICloud (I have the username and password and trusted number) it asked for a verification code from another device that signed in my apple account. I removed the stolen phone from the registered devices in the account and now it's only this phone and my computer (windows not mac). What can I do? There should be a verifications code on the computer even if it's not mac? Thanks for the help

See Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support and Recover your Apple ID with two-factor authentication account recovery - Apple Support. You may be able to get the verification code sent to your phone number as text, otherwise you may need to use account recovery to reset the account.

I have the 2 steps verification,  I entered with the username and password and after that with the verification code sent by SMS and after that I've been ask to verify myself from another device that signed to my account but I only have my computer

Then I guess you will need to contact Apple Support and ask for help.
