manage books downloaded from Calibre?

I have books that I did not purchase on Itunes. How can I manage them?

There is the Calibre Companion app in the app store.  i don't think it is an ereader itself but lets you manage and organize your Calibre library.

Search online and there are tutorials for adding your Calibre ebooks to your iTunes library on your computer.  You would then sync those to your iOS device - e.g. see https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq.html#how-do-i-use-calibre-with-my-ipad-ipho ne-ipod-touch

There are other apps in the app store as well for use with Calibre ebooks, including ones with built in ereaders for them as well, such as Marvin for iOS, MegaReader, QuickReader,...  I've never used any but you can find reviews of each online.
