Apple Mail and Pop Email issue

I have a pop email account for my company

It works on Apple Mail on my power book. It works on my phone. It works on  ipad.

But on my Mac Mini (El Captain)...? I keep getting an invalid name/pw message when I enter the data.

I have verified two dozen times that I have entered the exact same information (in advance as well). Still wont' accept the password. I even tried setting it up as  an IMAP.

I'm puling my hair out here. Connection Doctor simply says wrong sign in info and to check to see if my server works with SSL. (it does).

What on earth could be wrong? I don't even know where to begin.
