How do I view my purchase history on my iPhone?

On your phone you can only view the last 90 days purchases (and optionally contact iTunes Support if you have have a problem with a purchase) via https://reportaproblem.apple.com

 

To view an account's full purchase history you need to use a computer's iTunes, as per the page that you posted from.

On a browser go to the URL that I gave and log into the account

Use the link that was already provided by King_Penguin. Open Safari, and type in that URL to see the last 90 days.
