Can I still recover my pictures?

Hello. I have a iphone6s plus and my stepson and I we have the same account on our phone but he erased all the pictures on iCloud from he's phone. So, I don't have my pictures anymore. And my question is, can I still recover all my pictures that he erased? 

First try checking here. Photos > Albums > Recently deleted.

If you are singed into iCloud on other apple devices like a Mac, try checking to see if any of the uploaded pictures may still be left on the device. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Best of luck to you, A.

The pictures are not on recently deleted I think my stepson deleted from there too. I don't have another device just my stepson phone and mine. But thank you so much to try to help me
