I forgot both of my security question answers

I want to buy apps but in order to do so I have to answer the security questions. I know my Apple ID password but I forget the answers to BOTH of my security questions because I was so young when I answered them. I tried going to the iforgotapple website to reset the answers but I required you know at least one answer to either of the security questions, which I don't.
