Macbook Pro 13 wont power on when battery is ch...

Ok, so when my MacBook Pro is fully charged and plugged in, it will not power on.

When my MacBook Pro is drained after sitting for a week and I try to turn it on the second I plug it, it works.

As soon as it's powered up, builds a charge and I attempt to update / restart it- I have to let it sit for a week or more to try it over.

What gives?
