I cannot update my cc for app or iTunes

 My previous card on file is no longer in use Bc of a data breach according  to my credit card company. Now I have been trying to update my new credit card information everywhere I know how on my phone and it is not letting me update the credit card information. I know this is a valid credit card I use it all the time and it's saying that I'm not entering a valid account number or it's not the correct information it let me change it on my wallets but it's not letting me change it on iTunes or in apps. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED
