Drivers for portable Windows on a USB stick

I need to find network drivers for my MacBook Air.  I've installed Windows 10 onto a flash disk, and boot off it.  I'm not using bootcamp, as I didn't want to take space from my hard driver, and rarely need to use Windows.. The whole windows system runs off a USB.  But no network drivers :-(.  Can anyone help?  I would prefer to not have to re-install windows.
