Pls help me I had a wrong billing for 20 Aug 20...

Dear Apple Support, Would you please to refund me for this billing on 20 of Aug 2017 that total amount IDR 170,000.00 and already debt to my credit card. About my detail purchased I just bought 3 songs on itunes store which that for 1 song only IDR 7,000.00, it should be debt to my credit card around IDR 21,000.00 only. I really dispointed for this service and I don't feel I buying another songs or other else. Once again please check and I'm waiting for the refund soon. Thank you. Regards, Yanuar S.

This is not 'Apple Support', these are user forums and we are just fellow users - nobody on here can potentially refund you.

 

What shows on the iTunes account's purchase history ?If your iTunes account's purchase history show that you've been overcharged contact iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com . Or is the card linked to other accounts (e.g. if you are a family share organiser) and there are purchases on them ?

 

Or did you have problems adding / changing card details on the account : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?



This is equal to £2000, more or less.   Unlikely purchase from Apple.   Have you talked to your card issuer?
