iCloud Force Sync please?

I have now been waiting for photos I've taken to sync with iCloud's web interface for a good 20 minutes. This is after having restarted my phone, signed out/in of iCloud on my phone, signed out/in of the webapp, turned my wifi off/on and made a cup of coffee for myself.

If there is such a delay on sync times, then why the **** is there not a force sync button??!?! I ended up EMAILING these photos to myself because I need them right away, and they are not available on my cloud like they should be..

They sync immediately for me, as such I can only assume there is something about your set up which is hampering this from also being your experience.
