Constantly have to re

I am finding that every week or so, my iwatch will just not communicate with the iPhone anymore. It will not connect all of a sudden.  The only remedy I have found that will work is to un-pair and re-pair.  It's kind of time consuming and I know I shouldn't have to keep doing this weekly.  Any idea on why this is happening?  And how I can fix it so it doesn't keep disconnecting?

When this happens, I check to be sure that both wifi and Bluetooth are "On".  Then I reboot my iPhone.  Neither works so I have to re-pair them.

Both my iwatch and my iPhone are up to date.  Thanks for any help!!
