How to remove a cards information

I can't remove my cards information

If you mean remove payment details from your iTunes account : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support

In settings click on iTunes and App Store, then click payment, then click on NONE.

Confirm the removal by logging onto the Apple ID site and clicking payment.  Are you looking to update/replace your payment method?

I'm trying to remove a prepaid card off of my Apple account and I can't even remove anything in payment setting. I've tried everything even had someone help me whose great with technolog. Even tried b in IPad settings and Apple account settings as well
