How do I reverse a purchase

I downloaded an app on my iPhone and when I first opened it I logged in then something from the app popped up right away it was an add but I couldn't access anything else unless I pressed unlock and while I was doing this my other thumb was on the home button quickly when I pressed unlock an option to buy something for $100 came up and I definitely didn't want to buy it but since my thumb was on the home button my phone thought to buy it and then I got a thing saying that my purchase was successful but I didn't even click a buy button and I need to reverse my purchase 

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
