Accidentally synced two apple ids and lost all ...

Hello,

Yesterday a friend logged into her apple id on my phone and used iBooks then signed out. When I logged back into my account it asked me if I wanted to sync our apple id's and I accidentally synced the two. Now all my music is gone from my phone and I can't redownload any of it because it says that my phone is associated with another device and that associate it with another one for 90 days. I can't turn on iCloud music library without it giving me the same notification. I have also tried syncing my music from my mac but again it said I needed to turn on iCloud music library.

Any help would be appreciated I would rather not have to wait the 90 days because of one little mistake.
