MBP m2012 screen glitch + restart

Right to the point:

My Macbook Pro Mid-2012 randomly restarts, usually after the screen glitches as shown on my attached photo.

Last year I had big issues with this device - problem with the SATA bus, the USB-ports not getting enough power to function properly, the computer couldn't get past the loading screen (before the log-in screen)... It was repaired and they changed the MLB and the HDD-cable. It solved the issues I had and it worked well for over half a year, but now I'm back with computer issues.

Ps. I've used EtreCheck and the RAM seems to be running fine.

Anyone have a clue on what's going on and/or what to do?
