How do I erase the phone when it requires a ver...

This is very stupid of apple to have the verification sent to the devices. When the device is stolen, you require another device to verify the erase? I have 2 iphones and both were stolen. I can't even erase any of them because I have no device to receive the verification code in order for me to erase.
