What is wrong with my iPad?

So my iPad has been crashing and then had a crash and now only shows apple sign when I plug into the computer and the iPad is not responding to restores and giving error notifications on the computer. This all happened after iOS 11 made my iPad slow so I tried to reboot to ios10.3 and then the iPad had the crash. What's wrong with my iPad, I've gone into apple and they don't know what's wrong and I just want some help.

By “I’ve gone into apple” do you mean you made a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store and they couldn’t help you with restoring your iPad to iOS 10?
