iPad  need activation

today i turned my ipad2 on from sleep mode and got the "Activation Required" , I clicked the activate , clicked next on the wireless connection screen as it had a connector. After a few seconds i got this message: Your iPad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your ipad to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes. IF this problem persists, contact Apple Support at apple.com/support." but it doesn't work at all. please help my to solve this big problem and this below my ipad details:-

ipad :- 2

version :- IOS 9.3.5

Serial NO :- **********

IMEI :- ****************

Is this iPad new or did you get it used? Did you successfully activated it before or is this the first time you have been asked to activate it?
