MacBook Pro Stuck on Start up Screen

Hi

I am using MacBook Pro. Problem is, that it stuck on  start up screen, a day ago it was working fine.

I tried a couple of thing like:

- Reset NVRAM by holding down "cmd+option+p+r".

- Run First Aid on Hard Drive  in the Disk utility by holding down "cmd+R".

Safe mode is also not working.

i don't want to lose my data.

Resetting SMC could solve the problem.
