my macBook Pro stuck at loading screen Please H...

I recently bought a macbook pro with toucbar and only use it for two weeks but today after I use google chrome , the google chrome open and closed itself after that I tried to restart my MacBook Pro and it worked but Google chrome was still open and closed by itself and i try to install ccleaner, and hope clean the system from junk after I run Ccleaner I restart my Macbook Pro but stuck at the apple logo, I search a solution on the web, and I already reset the SMC and the PRAM but does not work, but when I do a safe mode the result successfully, but when I restart the result is same....... sorry for bad English

CCleaner is junk by itself: do not install 'cleaning' software of any kind.

One thing you can try to resolve this, is restarting in Recovery Mode. From there you can check the disk with Disk Utility and repair it if necessary: About macOS Recovery - Apple Support

Thank's to your reply but in safe mode I already uninstall the cclearner and even google chrome and run first aid but nothing happen... And now I still reinstall my MacBook Pro ... I hope this method work... But still my first experience using Mac going like this...,  that's make me feeling sad and scary in the same time
