fine tune in relation to transpose?

In the region inspector in Logic 10.3.2, can someone tell me what how many +'s on the FINE TUNE is equal to +1 (semitone) in TRANSPOSE?

They are cents. There is 100 cents in a semitone. So +50 is up 1/2 a semitone....
