Customize macOS Grammar

Spelling is easily customized using Mac context menu, Learn Spelling. Grammar is a rock wall.

For example, when I enter "Use addresses 10.0.3.1 and 10.0.2.1 then...", Mac Grammar adds distracting lines under both URI's like this: "Use addresses 10.0.3.1 and 10.0.2.1 then..." (Grammar underlines are THICK blue dashes).

When I right click the first Grammar Alert, I get prompted and apply this '10,0,3,1'. Instantly the THICK blue dashes are gone from the second URI, and we are left with this: "Use addresses 10,0,3,1 and 10.0.2.1 then...". [BLUSH]

Is there any way to adjust grammar so that it allows macOS to "Learn" scientific '10.0.2.1' format on all URI notations?
