how do I downgrade from 10.12.6 to 10.12.2 ?

The only way would be using the backup you made before upgrading.

If you use Time Machine, you can choose to restore any macOS version that remains available on that backup. Read Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support and refer to the instructions under "Restore from a Time Machine backup > Restore Everything". A list of restorable versions and dates appear when you choose Restore from Time Machine Backup in macOS Recovery and choose the TM backup disk.

It's generally inadvisable to downgrade macOS. May I ask why you would want to do that?
