Shuffle all missing in artist section on iPad

Hello Community, maybe I just can't see it, but is there a way to shuffle all songs by one artist on the iPad?

On the iPhone there is a button "shuffle all" when I'm in artist view and I can't find a similar function in the iPad version of the music app...

Hello, try these steps:

1. Open Music app
2. Use the drop down to select Artists in My Music
3. Choose the Artist you want and click on the picture/album art to the left of the name and it will start playing one of their songs
4. Click the Mini Player toward the bottom of the screen
5. Select the Shuffle icon

Sadly, this does not work on the current iOS/MusicApp in my experience. Checked it on iPhone and iPad.

The best workaround I've found is to ask Siri, "Play music by (band/artist)." Once the music starts, head into your music app and look at the "Up Next" section. You'll see that the list is a mix of all music by that band/artist (or then just tap shuffle).  Hope that helps!

In yet another bizarre "Itunes fail" twist, Apple saw fit to include the shuffle all button on my iphone 7, but its missing from my ipad air.  Quite frankly, I've had my fill of apple and will be moving on from their devices as they expire.  A once great company, plagued by the constant fiddling of already functioning programs and equipment.  If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
