Mail and Computer files slow aggregating since ...

I use Apple Mail for 6 different emails. it takes 15 -20 minutes to load any mail at all into any one of them.I f I open any folder it is blank and takes 5-10 minutes to show my files. Also, mundane tasks, such as saving a pdf to my documents, take five to ten minutes. After a file is downloaded it does not even show up for 15 minutes sometimes. This is crucial as clients send me files all the time while we are talking on the phone and we have to wait until the file decides to show up on my computer. I also get the spinning beach ball of doom more often and frozen internet.

I ran EtreCheck on my system, got rid of 3 suspected malware items, restarted and still no new emails loaded. It has been over a half an hour. and here are the results:
